Each lecture will open with brief updates on the course.
We will be using Ed as the primary form of communication between students and course staff. Course staff will post announcements on Ed-- students are responsible for reading these announcements.
Asking questions on Ed is a good way to get help or support from course staff outside of lecture and office hours. Posting anonymously will hide your name from other students, but note that course staff will still be able to see your identity. If your question contains details related to an assignment solution, make the post private. Otherwise, posting publicly is fine (and encouraged!) so that other students can also benefit from the answer.
Please keep in mind that Ed is for asynchronous communication and that course staff have their own classes, research, and other commitments. During the week, we commit to answering questions within 24 hours. We make no guarantees about responsiveness on the message board on weekends. Note that this means support will be limited during the Resubmission Window (see Deadlines, Late Work, and Extensions for details about the Resubmission Window).
If you need to reach the instructors directly (not the TAs), please e-mail us. Please send all e-mails to both Anjali and Zach and make sure to Reply All in any responses so that everyone stays in the loop.
If there's anything you want to let us know without your name attached, please use this form.
