Crux Fides Consulting LLP (CFC) and/or any its affiliates (as verified by CFC) [collectively “CFCA”] respects the privacy of its customers, including users of the CFC Website (website), and understands that information about you and your business, is important. This website is intended for use by residents of the Republic of Singapore. The personal information controller, CFCA, will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information provided not as part of the any business arrangement with CFCA to third parties, except as provided in the Transfer of Control section of this Privacy Policy. CFCA developed this Privacy Policy to provide information about our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personally identifiable information that you may provide in a non-business context. Please read this Privacy Policy before submitting your personally identifiable information to the website. By submitting your personally identifiable information to the website, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy. CFCA may at any time revise this Privacy Policy by updating this posting. We will notify you when such changes become effective. 

Online Privacy for Children

We are committed to protecting the privacy of children. We do not intend to collect personally identifiable information from children under 18 years old. If a child has provided us with personally identifiable information, the parent or guardian of that child may contact us.
