Cycle of Development - ministering to the Partner in a positive way. Looking for and developing L.I.F.E. partners.

Local Team will learn how to build their budget and become responsible for raising the funds. This gives the NLT and MCC leaders the opportunity to concentrate more on expansion and development!
TPD training provides a LONG term solution for providing local financial resources for your Team!
Teams will be able to share and learn from each other based on an area platform!
A trained COACH in TPD will be helping the team during the year, to encourage and keep them on track with the plan!
We will work with your Ops Team in order to find the best way for Local giving (Online giving).
We will help you start or develop your database of prospective or current ministry partners.

A week of intensive training for the team, followed by a year of coaching
The Goal for the week is that the team prepares a year long plan for Local Fundraising and Partners development.
The plan includes - finding partners, developing a strategy of how to approach them and how to involve them, showing appreciation, etc.
Our VISION is that in the next 3 years we will be able to train at least 35 local teams, and see them become financially independent to reach their Vision.
