Wrap-up Finances

Steps:

  1. Re-communicate the chartfields for everyone who had purchasing responsibilities.

  2. Follow instructions on What to do after your ERT event has concluded. This includes instructions on the following:

        • Cash from Registration

        • Checks

        • Credit Card Income

        • Account Transfers / Scholarships / Staff Payments

  3. Process Honorariums (ex: band and speaker)

  4. Babysitting & Childcare (Link is under construction - email fieldfinance@cru.org with questions)

Actual Budget

Download all expenses from PeopleSoft financials to you budget and compare the actuals with the projected expenses. Investigate to understand any discrepancies.

This will help you build a more accurate budget next year.

Evaluation / Survey

EVALUATION

Sit down with your team and review the whole process. It can be helpful to place the eval into two lists:

  1. Make sure we do these things again!

  2. Change these things for next year

Use a google survey to gather feedback from all the attendees. Follow up where needed.
