Re-communicate the chartfields for everyone who had purchasing responsibilities.
Follow instructions on What to do after your ERT event has concluded. This includes instructions on the following:
Cash from Registration
Checks
Credit Card Income
Account Transfers / Scholarships / Staff Payments
Process Honorariums (ex: band and speaker)
Babysitting & Childcare (Link is under construction - email fieldfinance@cru.org with questions)
Download all expenses from PeopleSoft financials to you budget and compare the actuals with the projected expenses. Investigate to understand any discrepancies.
This will help you build a more accurate budget next year.
