Keith's specific focus on Leader Development and Human Resources is to develop our leaders to lead with a heart to love Jesus and reflect that relationship as a servant leader. This includes leadership skill training, coaching, providing development opportunities while joining them in our shared mission to bring Christ to the nations.
For nearly 30 years, our family lived overseas — Uzbekistan, Russia, Hungary and beyond. That season shaped our family and how we serve today, equipping me for recent travel to: Turkey, Albania, Thailand and coaching national leaders by video the weeks I'm not able to be face-to-face.
Anywhere I am, the work reaches everywhere. I am so thankful for modern technology that extends the reach of the Gospel so effectively!
Lori, at the end of 2025 transitioned to join the audience she'd been trying to reach for many years. Her role as the VP of Leader Strategies, reaching into the workplace to equip influencers for Christ, prepared her to take a job with an international company based in Chicago. She continues to reach out to those around her as she leads their Teaching & Development efforts.
