Our motivation has always been to seek out needs in God's Kingdom and use our gifting to help reach those needs. Over the years we've watched how the ministry in Central and Eastern Europe has grown to include over 650 full-time missionaries with Cru and 1000's of volunteers.
Currently, our focus is giving strategic leadership and development to the national ministries of Cru so that movements are built in the countries. We are working with leaders to Love God and Love People while they continue to use their strengths to move into the missional gap. This means to move into the places in a nation where Jesus is not yet known or lacking a voice. The leaders are "God's workmanship created in Christ Jesus to do good works which God prepared in advance for them do."
Keith's specific focus on Leader Development and Human Resources is to develop our leaders to lead with a heart to love Jesus and reflect that relationship as a servant leader. This includes theological education, leadership skill training, providing development opportunities while joining them in our shared mission to bring Christ to the nations.
Lori's specific focus as Global Vice President for Leader Strategies is to spiritually lead and give strategic engagement on how the nations can reach and mobilize leaders in many spheres of society, including the marketplace, government, education, sports, and the arts.
