Arrival and Dismissal

Your child's school success starts with being at school on time everyday so that they have time to prepare for our day - unpack, complete their arrival routine and see their friends. Thank you for helping make this happen each day!

School Hours - 9:10am to 3:45pm

Arrival Procedures:   Arrival is between 8:50 and 9:10.

• Car Riders

Drive through the car line and drop your student off at the main entrance doors (by the front office). Churchville teachers will be at the entrance to help direct your child to our classroom, C-10.

• Walkers

Walk your child to the front entrance doors. Churchville teachers will be at the entrance to help direct your child to our classroom. 

• Bus Riders

Students will come directly to our classroom from the bus circle. 

Dismissal Procedures:  Dismissal is 3:45.

• Parent Pick-Up

  • Car Riders - Enter the car line by the front entrance of the school (by our main office). Be prepared with your provided CAR TAG (which will be given to you in the beginning days of school) attached to your visor on the passenger side. Please do not get out of your car. Your child will be directed  to you. If you need to assist with seatbelts, please first pull up and out of the line before securing your child into their seat. This is very helpful in keeping our car line running smoothly. 

Thank you for packing your patience during the beginning days of the school year. As we become more familiar and learn your car, the line will run faster!

• Walkers - Walkers are dismissed out of the gym doors. 

• Bus and Van Riders 

Students will be walked outside and board their bus or van. Kindergarten students always board first and are taught to remain seated in the first row seats.
