The Activities Fair encourages all students to get involved! The Fair occurs at the start of each school year during lunch periods, and all of CRN's clubs show out to advertise who they are and what they do.
A full week of spirit! Spirit Week occurs during the week at which Blue and White night, the Homecoming Game, and the Homecoming Dance are held. Students dress up each day of the week to show their spirit! Some of North's favorite spirit days include: Class Colors, PJ Day, Sports/Jersey Day, and Pink Out!
SEB hosts three Pep Rallies during the year, in the fall, winter, and spring. The Pep Rally honors sports teams during their respective season, as well as other clubs and organizations that have made recent accomplishments. Students participate in different games and activities during the Pep Rally. It is clear that the Pep Rally raises spirit and unites all of North!
An afternoon of games, activities, and fun! Different clubs and organizations from North and the community are showcased during Fall Fest, each hosting a unique activity for festival attendees. The Student Executive Board always hosts Café SEB, where we sell coffee and hot chocolate to complement the classic fall vibes of Fall Fest.
Often dubbed "the best night of the year," Blue and White Night is an exciting event where every grade gets together and competes (freshmen vs. sophomores, juniors vs. seniors) in various games, including Rock Relay, Tug-of-War, and Musical Chairs!
Powder Puff is an annual football game between the Junior and Senior girls. The two teams practice for weeks, then finally face off in November! All funds go to the Lauren K. Talbot Memorial Scholarship Fund.
During Trunk Or Treat, kids from all over the district come to trick or treat out of trunks! Class officers, clubs, and friend groups from the high school decorate their own trunks and hand out candy for a fun and safe community event.
During the Holiday Project, the Student Executive Board and members of Student Government get gifts for underprivileged children after various fundraising initiatives. We spend the day giving gifts, making crafts, and spending time with the children! It is a heartwarming event full of holiday cheer!
Each fall and spring, the Student Executive Board cleans up their adopted highway right by the school! It is an awesome way to give back to the community and to do our part in making the world a better place!
The annual Talent Show allows North's student body to show off all their different skills! From singing to dancing to juggling, the talents are always entertaining to watch!
Students love participating in the Student Executive Board's Suckers for Sweethearts sales, where students can buy lollipops and a sweet note for their friends or that special someone during Valentine's Day!
Mr. CRN is one of North's favorite events, and it is in the style of a "male beauty pageant." There are various portions of the event, such as the Talent portion, the Pickup Line, and the Q&A. Each contestant chooses a charity to represent, and proceeds from the event go to charities chosen by the three winners: Mr. CRN, Fan Favorite, and Mr. Legs.
Our Memorial Day Ceremony is held every May. The social studies classes, community members, and veterans observe as we place flowers upon the images of veterans who attended CRN and listen as several people give speeches recognizing our veterans and their service. It is always a beautiful and touching ceremony.
