You must submit your reimbursement request via this form and also submit all of your receipts or invoices to the PTA Treasurer via email in order to be reimbursed. If your reimbursement request is already included within a PTA budget line item, you will be reimbursed within 10 business days upon the PTA Treasurer receiving the reimbursement request. If your reimbursement request is not included within a PTA budget line item and was not voted on in advance by the PTA members, you will be reimbursed within 10 business days after the next PTA meeting (typically takes place on the 1st Tuesday of every month).
