3rd, 4th, and 5th graders have started a career counseling unit where students are learning to apply their Holland Codes to potential career interests. Students used the inventory below to identify interests and skills to get their top three Holland Codes. Watch the video below to learn more about Holland Codes.

It's important to note that this inventory is not an assessment, does not diagnose a personality, or permanently assign careers to kids. It's simply a way for kids to become self-aware of their skills and interests and apply them toward careers in a field that matches their codes.
