Felt Safety is perhaps the most important thing adults can provide for children.  With mental health of children tied so closely to the lack of adversity & the presence of protective factors...knowing what we can do to create felt safety in our homes, schools and communities is critical.  Check out ATN's recent podcast on Felt Safety.
