This document is where we stored our final design requirements. The notes here were taken during a meeting with our client, and include in detail the specific requirements we need to meet. Additionally, this document has a list of needed set pieces for each scene, and which set pieces can be reused from scene to scene.
This document was updated weekly, and helped to make sure everyone was contributing. It helped us to know what was our plan for the week, and what if anything we were waiting on. We did not start using this until later in our process, so the beginning was somewhat disorganized. Once we started using this document we made much more progress and were better organized.
This document was useful for planning out our schedule. By looking at how long the first bench took, we could better estimate the following ones. We also took some time to reflect and see how we could improve efficiency.
