Coach Paris Hill is proud to serve as the CISD District Facilities Manager while also leading the Crowley Eagles Cheer Program as Head Coach. Bringing a lifelong passion for cheerleading to both the sidelines and competition floor, Coach Hill is dedicated to building a program centered around excellence, leadership, and team success.
With 9 years of coaching experience, Coach Hill has developed a passion for building strong teams and empowering athletes to reach their full potential. This is her 6th year serving in Crowley ISD, her 3rd year leading as a competitive cheer coach, and her 7th year in education.
Coach Hill believes that success goes beyond skills and routines—it comes from creating an environment where athletes feel supported, challenged, and inspired to grow. She is committed to developing confident athletes, strong leaders, and positive role models who represent Crowley Cheer with pride both on and off the mat.
Through her leadership, experience, and love for the sport, Coach Hill is excited to continue building a program focused on dedication, discipline, teamwork, and unforgettable experiences.

Coach Abram is a dedicated educator and mentor with a passion for empowering students to reach their full potential. Currently serving as the Science TDSI at Crowley Ninth Grade Campus, she brings years of experience, leadership, and a commitment to student success both inside and outside the classroom.
Coach Abram has proudly served Crowley ISD for 12 years. During her time in education, she spent 10 years as a Lead Biology Teacher, where she inspired students through engaging instruction, strong relationships, and a commitment to academic excellence. For the past two years, she has served as the Science TDSI, supporting teachers and promoting high-quality science instruction across the campus.
Her passion for education extends beyond academics, as she believes in building confident, motivated, and successful students. Coach Abram is excited to bring her leadership, dedication, and positive energy to the Crowley Cheer program while helping athletes grow as individuals, students, and teammates.

Coach Antwinet Douglas is excited to begin her first season as a member of the Crowley Eagles Cheer coaching staff! She has been a proud member of the Crowley ISD family for the past four years, serving as a Pre-K 3 Teacher Assistant and dedicating herself to supporting and encouraging students.
As a first-year cheer coach, Coach Douglas is eager to build relationships with athletes, help them grow both on and off the mat, and create a positive and supportive team environment. She is passionate about encouraging young athletes to develop confidence, teamwork, and leadership skills throughout the season.
Coach Douglas is thrilled to be part of the Crowley Eagles Cheer family and looks forward to an exciting season filled with growth, success, and unforgettable memories.
