Concert Band
Concert Band
Students in Concert Band will meet during the school day as a class to learn to play individually as well as in a group, work on basic music theory, and prepare music for performances. The Concert Band performs in school concerts, and community events, as well as travel around the United States to compete in various performance festivals.
Jazz Band

Jazz Band is an auditioned group that meets during the school day as a class. We play jazz, rock, Latin and funk music. The Jazz Band will perform in school concerts, and community events, and travel around the United States to compete in various performance festivals.
Marching Band/Color Guard
Marching Band/Color Guard
Marching Band and Color Guard are performance based clubs that are be open to anyone wishing to learn, play and perform a wind or percussion instrument or learn performance technique with flags and other color guard equipment. We meet after school to create a show consisting of marching in formation while playing our music in coordination with a color guard routine. This would be a great fit for anyone interested in becoming a better musician and performer while learning to work with a team!
Pep Band
Pep Band
The CHS Pep Band plays at all the home football games and pep rallies.
