Andrea Bruno is the director of the Croatian School of Boston and a proud mother of three children, all of whom attend the school. Passionate about education and cultural preservation, Andrea works tirelessly to create a welcoming and enriching environment where students can explore their Croatian heritage. Her dedication to fostering community and celebrating traditions ensures that every student feels connected to their roots while building a sense of belonging within the school.
Ana Jergović teaches the older kids' group at the Croatian School of Boston. An experienced educator and a proud parent of two children in the school, Ana brings her enthusiasm for learning and her love of Croatian culture into the classroom. Outside of teaching, Ana enjoys spending time with her family outdoors, creating memories and appreciating nature together.
Matea Pavišić teaches the youngest group at the Croatian School of Boston. Passionate about sharing Croatian traditions, Matea brings energy and joy to the classroom, often inspired by her love for traditional Croatian dances. As a parent of a student in the school, she is dedicated to creating a warm and engaging environment where children can connect with their heritage and develop a lifelong appreciation for their culture.
Iva Dujmić teaches the 5-7 age group at the Croatian School of Boston. As a former student of the school, she brings a deep appreciation for its mission and a unique perspective to her teaching. Currently pursuing a degree in psychology, Iva combines her academic knowledge with her passion for education to create an engaging and supportive environment. She is dedicated to helping her students connect with their Croatian heritage while fostering their growth and curiosity.
Ksenija Krašina volunteers at the Croatian School of Boston, where she assists Ana in teaching the youngest group of children. Having moved to the U.S. three years ago, she found the school to be a wonderful way to give back to the Croatian community in Boston. Ksenija loves sharing our language and traditions with the little ones through play and interactive games, helping them build a joyful connection to their heritage.
Recently graduated with a curriculum and instruction degree in bilingual education, Daria is passionate about encouraging and fostering a supportive environment for student's learning a new language or strengthening their skills in a formally known language. She is dedicated to encouraging students to step out of their comfort zones and continuously strive for a deeper understanding of heritage and culture.
