The goal of Playground for All: Creating Safe and Educational Play for Thai Youth is to create a secure environment where all kids can practice and learn healthy social skills. This is important to me because I would like kids to know what a safe space is from a young age. Encouraging children to learn teamwork at an early age can help them thrive, succeed and become good role models in the future. Teamwork promotes cooperation, fosters interpersonal communication, boosts self-confidence, as well as imparts vital life skills.
Along with this vision, I would also like to incorporate sharing the gospel with these children, as having faith and knowing that God is guiding me is what allows me to envision this project. By conducting this project, I hope to obtain a deeper understanding of child development and how important it is for children to have a full spiritual heart in addition to a fulfilled childhood. Not only that, but I'd want to incorporate my other passion, space, into this project, motivating adolescents by telling and showing them how beautiful space is. I want to guide them through the steps necessary to achieve their dreams. I want their dreams to come true, just as mine will in a few months.
As you're getting to know the project, let's get to know the team
"For this very reason, make every effort to supplement your faith with virtue, and virtue with knowledge, and knowledge with self-control, and self-control with steadfastness, and steadfastness with godliness, and godliness with brotherly affection, and brotherly affection with love. For if these qualities are yours and are increasing, they keep you from being ineffective or unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ."
2 Peter 1:5-8
