This training manual supports facilitators delivering the workshop and training Powering Change: Fueling a Gender-Responsive Energy Transition in Fisheries. The training strengthens capacity to integrate gender equality and enhance women’s and youth participation as essential to a just energy transition in the fisheries sector for climate and community resilience. This training and workshop methodology was originally piloted virtually in Belize, followed with an in-person workshop in Grenada, under the STAR-Fish Sustainable Technologies for Adaptation and Resilience in Fisheries–Project, executed by the Caribbean Regional Fisheries Mechanism (CRFM), supported by Global Affairs Canada (GAC).
