Duo MFA Enrollment

Duo Mobile - App

1. Install Duo Mobile onto your phone

   1. Android Phones

   2. Apple iOS

2. If you are currently logged into your Gmail on your computer or Chromebook please log out.

   1. If you are on a Chromebook once you are signed out please remove your profile and log back in.

3. You can now log back into Gmail - the logout/in is just to trigger the Duo enrollment process

4. Follow the onscreen instructions from Duo

   1. Click "Next" 3 times

   2. Click "Duo Mobile"

   3. Input your 10 digit cell phone number (this is only used as a backup SMS method and to ensure you have a phone enrolled)

      1. You do not need dashes or the leading "1"

   4. Download the Duo Mobile app if you have not done so

   5. Once the app is installed open it up and follow the instructions on your phone

   6. You will want to add a profile using a QR code - you need to do this from within the app

   7. Continue to follow the instructions on your phone

   8. Ensure you "Allow" notifications to your phone

   9. If asked to setup another device choose "Skip for now" this part is broken and will overwrite your choice to use Duo Mobile

   10. Click "Login with Duo"

   11. Approve the notification on your phone

   12. Click "Continue to application" - and that's it you are registered for Duo Mobile and your account is now protected from unauthorized access

Hardware Token (FOB)

1. Visit with CardinalTech to have your personal hardware token assigned to you

2. Click "Enter passcode"

3. Press the green button on your FOB

4. Enter the 6-digit passcode

5. Click "Verify"
