Facility Use Leasing
Creighton District is pleased to share it's spaces with our community. There are a variety of rooms, gyms, and fields available to lease, and a simple process for our partners to make this connection. Below are some of the most important steps, and we encourage you to explore the rest of this site to gain a comprehensive understanding for best meeting your needs.
All leasing requests, schedules, approvals, invoicing, etc. is through the Incident IQ app. Lessees will need an Incident IQ account.
All Creighton Facility Leasing is managed by our district Facilities department.
All Lessees will need to present and hold a current Certificate of Liability.
All lease requests will need to be submitted to Incident IIQ at least 15 business days prior to the start of the event.
Please know that we use SRP Irrigation at our sites every other weekend except December and Janauary. The link to the irrigation schedule is here.
Holiday and Weekend Weekend leasing is dependent upon the district finding a representative to work during the leasing time. If no representative can work during the requested time, the request will be denied. The district will not be open to leasing on Governing Board declared holidays such as Memorial Day, Labor Day, July 4, Thanksgiving, Spring and Fall Break, and our Winter Holiday (the district calendar can be found here). Weekend Rentals will include an additional facility representative (if available) fee of $40 per hour (including Class One rentals).
Biltmore Prep is Under Construction and will not be able to support facility rentals for the play fields until construction is completed in August of 2028.
