How to link SKUs?

Note: IMPORTANT

If you wish to disable any product on the CRED store, update the inventory as 0 in Uniware Panel and sync the inventory. Product will immediately be disabled from the store.
Don't Unlink the SKU under listings, this function will not disable the product from store.

From the left side menu, go to Products > Listings

Go to UNLINKED tab and filter by CRED channel. ( this step is not necessary if the unicommerce is cred provided)

You’ll now see all the products that are listed on CRED store with their SKU Ids and Product name on channel. Click on “Link” button under action column.

In the Product link window, you’ll see your merchant SKU as part of the product name. Now search for the respective SKU in your system and click on “LINK NOW”

Note: The product name shown will definitely contain YOUR SKU CODE as part of the sentence. For example, in the above screenshot Testing1011 is the SKU code. Incase it is not present, please reach out to respective POCs.

Repeat the above process until you’ve linked all the products in the UNLINKED tab. Once done, you can verify the SKU under the LINKED tab.

Note: Always remember to link products whenever there is a new SKU addition on CRED store.
