If the manfiest is not closed, post the 3PL pickup orders will automatically move to In Transit status

- If the orders are in New Orders > Failed Orders, add the GST tax rule.
- If the orders are in New Orders > Failed Orders, add the GST tax rule.
- If the orders are in Print Labels > Failed Orders, these are non-serviceable orders. Reset the orders every 4 hours until the TAT ends.
