How to enable inventory sync?

Inventory sync capability that will directly let you control the inventory to be sold on CRED store, right from your panel.

Few things to note:

1) While inventory sync is real time, there is always a chance that we might oversell a few units due to high spikes in traffic on CRED store. Hence we recommend always keeping a safety stock at your warehouse and not declare that on the panel via inventory sync.

2) As of today we don’t have the capability to switch warehouses once an order is placed. So please ensure you are sending us the correct inventory for each WH.

Note: You now own the complete control of inventory for your product listings on CRED store. Always keep an eye out on products with low stocks and ensure you replenish inventory periodically to keep them listed on CRED store.

Steps to Turn on Inventory sync

Go to CRED channel settings→ Inventory sync (ON)
Remember to always keep the Facility Wise Inventory as “Yes”
