Login to your Uniware panel and from the left side menu, select Settings > Channels
Then press the “Add channel” button on top right of the screen
Now search for “CRED” and select it.
Enter the channel name as CRED and click on “Save & Next”.
Now in the Connectors tab, enter the Username/Password provided to you by CRED.

If you do not have these credentials and location code, please reach out to your respective business POC at CRED. For Warehouse location, you need to enter it in the format of {"CREDWarehouseCode":"UniwareWarehouseCode"}
If you operate with multi warehouse, please use the below format in the Warehouse Location
{"CREDLocation1":"UniwareLocation1","CREDLocation2":"UniwareLocation2","CREDLocation3":"UniwareLocation3","CREDLocation4":"UniwareLocation4"}
(Dont create a new CRED channel for each Warehouse)
CREDWarehouseCode will be provided by CRED and UniwareWarehouseCode can be seen on your panel by going to settings > Facilities as highlighted in the image below. (only enter the code of facility which is in italics)
Click on “Connect” button and you should see a green checkmark indicating that the connection was successful.
Now go back to “Settings” tab and ensure that Order sync is turned on & Channel Provides Shipping is set to Yes.
