Sometimes due to non-serviceability of the pincode (or) courier non availability, you might see an ERROR message like COURIER_NOT_ASSIGNED when you are trying to allocate courier for a shipment. In this case, please wait for 6 hrs and re-try again.

Steps for troubleshooting:
Try re-processing the orders after 6 hours. For a few orders they might be non-serviceable and we will cancel it automatically.
If the issue happens for all the orders in unicommerce, then check your CRED channel connectors first and ensure they are intact.
