Our practice in Roseville CA has the opportunity for a part time optometrist, working 2-3 days a week, utilizing digital phoropters, OCT, fundus camera, dry eye treatment with Miboflow.  Our office also offer myopia control treatment was well as providing specialty contact lens fitting.

We are looking for a part-time (2-3 days/week) Associate Optometrist in the new West Roseville Costco and/ or Citrus Heights Costco. We utilize state of the art technology, including Optomap, AR/NCT, Marco digital retracting system, easy-to-use electronic records and excellent staff to pre-test, perform contacts lens training and support our doctors. We offer a flexible schedule and the ability to practice full scope Optometry. 

Compensation:  Base pay plus production bonus 

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Associate Optometrist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive eye care services, including vision assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning. This role requires a strong foundation in optometry, patient care, and medical record management, with a focus on delivering exceptional service in a clinical setting. The Associate Optometrist will collaborate with patients of all ages, including pediatrics, to improve and maintain optimal eye health. 

Responsibilities & Duties: 

Perform comprehensive eye exams 

Diagnose and assist in the treatment of ocular disease

Promote healthy vision by counseling and educating patients

Maintain detailed patient records regarding diagnosis/treatment plans 

Job Requirements & Qualifications 

Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree

Valid state license to practice Optometry 

Ability to communicate with a wide range of patient personalities 

Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

A strong sense of workplace professionalism and personal ethics 

Customer-service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills 

Familiar or willing to learn RT6100, analysis of Optomap images, and contact lens fittings 

New graduates with a valid OD license are encouraged to apply!
