The facilitator guide serves as a comprehensive script and roadmap for delivering the SUCCESS Academy training. It includes slide-by-slide notes, timing, prompts for discussions and activities, and accommodations for diverse learners. 

The participant guide is a learner-facing workbook designed to align directly with the ILT presentation. It provides reflection prompts, Maria’s case study, structured practice activities, and note-taking space for learners to apply the SUCCESS Pitch Model step by step.
