I design learning experiences and enjoy helping others close gaps in their performance.
How I helped solve a performance issue:
This self-paced eLearning course was created to address a key performance gap at Families First Counseling & Psychiatry (FFCP): employees across diverse roles were not consistently able to clearly and confidently pitch the organization’s services, mission, and impact during high-stakes conversations. This lack of alignment often led to missed opportunities for partnerships, funding, and community engagement.
To solve this, I designed and developed a targeted learning experience that equips staff—from site coordinators and medical assistants to clinical supervisors and marketing leaders—with a repeatable framework for delivering an engaging, on-demand pitch. Guided by a virtual mentor and structured around FFCP’s custom SUCCESS Pitch Model, the course uses scenario-based learning, role-specific examples, and practical communication strategies to close the performance gap. By the end of the course, learners can confidently represent FFCP to community partners, healthcare institutions, and potential funders, ensuring every employee acts as a consistent ambassador of the brand.

360 Learning Scenario
How I helped solve a performance issue:
Created an immersive eLearning scenario to address onboarding challenges at Paradise Smoothie, where new hires needed to quickly perform with speed, consistency, and safety in a high-pressure food service environment. Designed for completion within the first 30 days, the course places learners in two interactive 360° scenes: Lunchtime Rush and Pre-Close Inspection, where they make realistic, first-person decisions on order prep, cleanliness, and closing procedures. Grounded in Mayer’s Multimedia Principles, the experience uses concise narration, layered interactivity, and scenario-based feedback to build habits that balance efficiency with compliance from day one.

How I helped solve a performance issue:
Developed a self-guided eLearning course to address a gap in client progress between counseling sessions at Desiring Wellness. Many clients required additional tools and structured guidance to practice techniques for alleviating symptoms of depression and anxiety outside of therapy. Designed for completion over 6–9 months, the course supplements one-on-one counseling with carefully curated materials, interactive activities, and reflective exercises. By leveraging technology, the program enhances personal growth and development while reinforcing therapeutic strategies in a flexible, accessible format.
