Pisay Caraga proudly hosted the Kick-Off Activity of the 18-Day Campaign to End Violence Against Women, led by the Regional Inter-Agency Committee Against Trafficking and Violence Against Women and Their Children (RIACAT-VAWC) Caraga.
Representatives from various regional agencies across Caraga gathered on our campus to strengthen the call for a VAW-free community. Our Campus Director also delivered the welcome address, emphasizing the school’s commitment to promoting safety, dignity, and equality for women and children.

Sir Gilbert Alberta, A GFPS member, presented his GAD research study on "Beyond Sex Disaggregation: Practices in Utilizing Gender Data for Gender Mainstreaming" highlighting the importance of effectively using gender data to strengthen gender mainstreaming initiatives and promote more responsive and inclusive programs.

Pisay Caraga GFPS conducted a Youth Forum and Workshop to End VAWC, participated in by student leaders, and sparked meaningful conversations on the causes of VAW, the impact of digital media, healthy relationship dynamics, and the vital role of male and youth involvement in prevention efforts.

Pisay Caraga GFPS conducted a Re-echo Session on the GAD Focal Point System Functionality Assessment Tool (GFAST) to strengthen understanding of the standards and indicators used in assessing the functionality of GAD mechanisms in institutions.
The session aimed to ensure that the PSHS–CRC GFPS members are equipped to uphold gender-responsive governance and sustain compliance with GAD policies and guidelines.
