I am an Army Junior ROTC Cadet.
I will always conduct myself to bring credit to my family, country, school and the Corps of Cadets.
I am loyal and patriotic.
I am the future of the United States of America.
I do not lie, cheat or steal and will always be accountable for my actions and deeds.
I will always practice good citizenship and patriotism.
I will work hard to improve my mind and strengthen my body.
I will seek the mantle of leadership and stand prepared to uphold the Constitution and the American way of life.

You must be 6 paces away to salute a superior officer or uncased colors.
Facing Commands
"Attention!" is a command used to call the attention of cadets. While standing at attention, cadets should be standing upright with their feet together, arms by their sides, and quiet.
"At Ease!" is a command, usually called after the command "Attention!" or after a salute, which allows cadets to relax while still giving their attention to the AI/SAI.
"Parade Rest!" is a position assumed by a cadet while talking to an NCO officer, or other officer of superior rank.
"Fall In!" is a command to call cadets into formation. Upon receiving the command to "Fall In!" a cadet should quickly move into one of the four squads that stand parallel to the Platoon SGT. Cadets are released from this position at the command of "Fall Out!"
"Left Face!" is a command used to turn an element to the left in one coordinated movement. This command is used for individual cadets or platoons during formation.
"Right Face!" is a command, mirror "Left Face!" used to turn an element to the right in one coordinated movement. This command is used for individual cadets or platoons during formation.
"About Face!" is a command used to turn an element completely around in one coordinated movement. This command is used for individual cadets or platoons during formation.
"Present Arms!" is a command used to call cadets into the position of attention while presenting a hand salute.
"Order Arms!" is a command used to call cadets to lower their arms and resume the position of attention.
