Sacrament

The term sacrament refers to the most significant liturgical celebrations of the Church, such as baptism and the Eucharist. (Davis, 2024a)

Sacramental

The sacramental principle signifies the presence of God among humanity, and we acknowledge and interact with God's grace through the commonplace experiences of daily life. (Davis, 2024a)

Baptism

The term baptism put simply is to be plunged into and overwhelmed by God's love (Fallon, 2024)

Eucharist

"Eucharist is intimate and unique because ordinary, earthly signs of bread and wine are transformed by God's love and are consumed in faith. As we eat and drink these elements, Christ becomes part of us and we come alive in Christ: blessed, broken, poured out, and shared in love for the life of the world." (Leonard 2019, as cited by Davis, 2024b)
