Mission Statement

The Chicopee Public Schools Career Development educators are committed to providing exceptional services and resources to assist students and to connect alums. 

Our department helps specify career goals, expand knowledge of career alternatives, understand effective decision-making, and acquire appropriate strategies and skills to carry out the process.  

As partners in education,  we help students to strategize and focus future planning, whether in terms of workforce, post-secondary education or military.

The Career Development Department embraces diversity, supports access and equity for all learners, and is committed to offering a comprehensive array of programs and services that support and facilitate career development for all students. 

We welcome partners in education from our students, faculty, administrators, and Chicopee Public Schools communities!
