In 2014, former President Barack Obama established the My Brother’s Keeper Task Force at the federal level. The MBK Cambridge Task Force is committed to implementing a community-wide and citizen-led strategy to eliminating the gaps faced by boys and young men of color in The City of Cambridge and the Greater Boston Area.
Black Lives Matter at School is a national coalition organizing for racial justice in education. It hosts an annual week of action during the first week of February each year. You can find many resources on their website that our educators tap into as well as publications.
