- Rename the Doc: Your Name's Sources and Notes (e.g. Ms. Boninti's Sources)
- Share the Doc with your teacher(s)

- Open the links to the 3 articles for your topic:
- Your actual Amendment
- An overview of your Amendment
- An overview of your issue
- On each article, scroll to the bottom and copy the MLA citation
- Paste each copied citation in the correct box on your MY SOURCES Google doc.
- Read, annotate, and take notes on your 3 articles

- Follow the instructions on the STEP 2 Google doc to find articles on the databases.
- Find at least one article with information on your topic.
- Copy the citation at the bottom of the article and paste it into the “Database Articles” box on your MY SOURCES Google Doc.
- Print the article.
- Read, annotate, and take notes on the article.

- Let Ms. Read know that you are ready for her to help you find a New York Times article. Together you will:
- Find an article with information on your topic.
- Use EasyBib or NoodleTools to create a citation for that article
(DO NOT LOG IN to EASYBIB!).
- Copy the citation you made EasyBib or NoodleTools and paste it into the “New York Times article” box on your MY SOURCES Google Doc.
- Print the article.
- Read, annotate, and take notes on the article.

- Locate three Primary Sources in the databases

Works Cited
- Open a new Google Doc and name it "Constitution Research Works Cited."
- Copy and paste the citations from the "Your Sources" doc into the new Works Cited doc. Make sure to put the citations in alphabetical order.
