In June of 2024, the four of us were enjoying the freedom of summer break when we discovered a shared love for music and storytelling, and a medium that brings it all together: radio. With a composition notepad in hand, our radio segment began to take shape. We were eager to start creating, so after one hour of brainstorming that afternoon, we FaceTimed that night and emailed WHRB. We thought it was a long shot. To our surprise, we received a response that same week: they were excited to talk to us! That summer, our ideas came to life; we were able to produce segments with creative freedom and allow the public to hear the stories we believe need to be told. At the WHRB studio, we record and edit all our segments, which air approximately every two months.
