At the beginning of each school year, families are asked to complete a variety of important forms through the CPSD Family Portal.
For technology use at school, we want to highlight a few of those forms. Completing these forms allows students to use school devices and participate fully in classroom activities. We ask that you please ensure that you have reviewed and completed the following:
Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) - This form is required for every student to be able to use school technology, including chromebooks. You can read a (not legally binding) plain language summary here, or else view the complete AUP here.
Device User Agreement - This form is required for students who take a chromebook home, whether it stays home or comes back and forth with the student.
"Online Application Guardian Release: Scratch" - This gives us permission for your student to use the Scratch coding & learning platform here at school.
Media Release Form - Depending on the level you select (A, B, or C), this gives us permission to share your child’s image, name, or work within the school or the wider CPS/Cambridge community.
