schoology

Schoology is our new Learning Management System (LMS). It houses all course information, resources, and assignments. For an introductory video and more information on how Schoology works, visit the Schoology page on the CPS website.

Google / gsuite

G-Suite is a collection of Google tools (Drive, Docs, Slides, Gmail, etc.) that are available for CPS educators and students. Students are expected to use CPS accounts when using G-Suite for learning.

synergy

Synergy is our data management system for attendance, grades, and other school related records. Parents and students can view grades, for example, through ParentVue and StudentVue, respectively.

Sept. 4th update: Passwords have been reset

We have sent all parents a PAS message and an email through Synergy explaining there was an issue with passwords. It has been fixed. Attached to the Synergy email, below, and on our school website are updated directions for accessing the OneLogin page. Thank you for your patience.

Student responsibilities include checking CPS Gmail, StudentVue, and Schoology daily. Students will have access to OneLogin - a single login that opens Google, Schoology, and Synergy simultaneously.

Parents are encouraged to support students by also using these platforms as communication tools and for staying informed of student progress. (See below for info about your Parent Access Code.)

Student schedules have been mailed! In your envelope, you will find your individual student schedule, a sample and blank virtual schedule, a OneLogin flyer, and Step by Step Instructions for starting Day One of the 2020 - 2021 school year.

The Parent Access Code gives you access to Schoology. Schoology resources for parents are on the CPS Schoology page.
