Arlene Lee

    It's great to meet you! My name is Arlene Lee, and I look forward to exploring new paths in my career. With 19 years of experience teaching grades 2–5, I have developed a wide range of instructional strategies and perspectives grounded in meeting the diverse needs of students. My career has taken me through both Title I and non–Title I schools, giving me a deep understanding of how context, access, and resources shape student learning.

     I am a flexible, adaptable, and reflective educator who embraces change with a positive mindset and a commitment to continuous growth. Over the years, I have served beyond the classroom as an MTSS leader and now as an instructional coach, supporting teachers, analyzing data, and helping create systems that ensure every student receives the right level of support.

     No matter the role, I remain dedicated to giving my best and fostering supportive, engaging, and effective learning environments for students and staff. I look forward to continuing my leadership journey and making a meaningful impact on the school communities I serve.
