Vendors have three primary paths to become an approved vendor with CPS. We encourage you to take advantage of all opportunities for future business:

Information For Existing Vendors
Be aware of attempts at fraudulent transactions!
As risks around payment fraud increase, always be sure to take extra precautions with communications received from the District and reach out to nvendor@cpsboe.k12.oh,us or call us at (513) 363-0460 for verification of authenticity regarding any communication or documentation that seems suspicious.
Performance is monitored to ensure CPS is receiving:
quality goods that meet or exceed manufacturer and purchase order specifications
timely receipt or delivery of ordered goods
high-quality customer service
fair and reasonable pricing
compliance with federal, state, local and CPS requirements

Beginning in November 2024, CPS partnered with PaymentWorks to manage the collection and validation of all vendor information. PaymentWorks is easy and free to use. Vendors that receive payments from CPS will receive an invitation to register and will be able to enter all of their information safely and securely.

Vendors are cautioned to fully inform themselves of CPS's terms, conditions, and instructions set forth in the Doing Business with CPS statement. No amendment of these terms shall be permitted unless and until first approved in writing by CPS's Contract Administrator.

Entering into contracts verbally or without appropriate authorization is prohibited and a violation of state law. Any vendor who delivers goods or services to CPS without a proper contract is doing so entirely at their own risk. CPS is not obligated to render payment for goods or services that were provided without the benefit of a properly executed procurement purchase order (PO).
