We are excited to announce that Cincinnati Public Schools has partnered with PaymentWorks to streamline and enhance the security of our payee onboarding process. This collaboration provides a secure, self-service portal where you can update and manage your vendor information directly, ensuring it is up-to-date and safely transmitted to our procurement system. The Purchasing Department will no longer be tasked with collecting confidential information from their suppliers. Registering with PaymentWorks allows suppliers to set up a profile and manage their account as any of their information changes. Suppliers will also be able to upload all necessary documents such as tax information, ACH banking information, and any other pertinent documentation. Through their profile they will also be able to see their invoice and payment information and history.
Additionally, PaymentWorks will do all supplier verification tasks such as tax ID, addresses, and bank account information. They will also run all supplier checks against needed sanction lists for the District and continually monitor them throughout the life of the partnership. PaymentWorks will also reduce the District's security risk by indemnifying all payments that are made through their system.
