Sarah Brody, Director of Talent Development
Sarah leads the department's work to strengthen employee engagement through leadership training, opportunities for professional growth, and connecting employees to the organizational core values.
Fun fact: Sarah is a big fan of the US Women's National Team and was herself a soccer player in college.

Shatauna Harris, Lead Secretary
Shatauna supports the Director of Talent Development in preparing budget reports, entering contracts, organizing and scheduling meetings, compiling data, and training Senior Support staff.

Adrienne Maka, Culture Specialist
Adrienne has been employed with the District in various roles since 2008. Her focus is employee engagement and inspiring the I am CPS Core values. You may find her at the Ed Center, Iowa St., or any of the schools, recognizing our hard-working employees for a job well done!
Fun fact: Adrienne enjoys studying other cultures and languages and is bilingual.

Jenny Mauch, Leadership Manager
Jenny focuses on opportunities to support the leadership development of all employees, both formal and informal. With the support of the Career Development Specialist, she will also offer personal development coaching to support all employees and their development in a career pathway.
Fun Fact: Jenny balances her passion for urban education and personal development with travel and yoga.

Allyson Richer, Career Development Specialist
Allyson Richer joins the growing Talent Development as the new Career Development Specialist. She will be helping CPS employees grow in their careers and supporting the various leadership training opportunities organized by the department. Before joining CPS, Allyson worked for an accounting firm downtown, as well as a local nonprofit coordinating the effort to end homelessness in Cincinnati. In her free time, Allyson enjoys exploring Cincinnati, playing games with her family, and volunteering at Pleasant Ridge Montessori, where her two sons attend.
Fun Fact: Allyson is a lifelong vegetarian.
Kevin Rosebrook, Manager of Professional Learning
As the Manager of Professional Learning, Kevin sets the vision for what training and development looks like across the district. Kevin is working to provide professional learning experiences for employees of all classifications within CPS, helping each person reach their full potential.
Fun Fact: Kevin's career has provided him opportunities to work all across the United States, as well as throughout Latin America and Europe.
Rolonda Smith, Employee Experience Manager
Rolonda Smith is a proud CPS graduate. She's served the district for 6 years. In her current role as the Employee Experience Manager, she partners with the Talent Team to define employee engagement strategies that are aligned to CPS mission / vision and the I am CPS Core Values.
