As the Manager of Professional Learning, Kevin sets the vision for what training and development looks like across the district. Kevin is working to provide professional learning experiences for employees of all classifications within CPS, helping each person reach their full potential.

Rolonda Smith is a proud CPS graduate. She's served the district for 6 years. In her current role as the Employee Experience Manager, she partners with the Talent Team to define employee engagement strategies that are aligned to CPS mission / vision and the I am CPS Core Values.
