In order to submit a Technology support request you will have to login to Spiceworks and create a ticket.

When you see the login page similar to the image use your AD login (NOT your email address) that you use to login to your computer.
Once logged in it is very simple to create a ticket. Simply fill out the form boxes and describe your issues with as much detail as possible. The more information you provide the quicker our Technology Department can react to your issue.
Summary: A brief summary of your issue. Ex. "I can't login"
Description: A longer, more detailed description of your issue. Ex. "When I try to login I get an error message saying my password is expired."
Building: Select the building you work in from the drop down box. If you work in multiple buildings please select the location you are having the issue.
Category: Select the type of problem you are having. Please do not leave this as Click to Pick.
PC Name: This is the name of your computer. The name is the district asset tag number on your computer. If you are not submitting a ticket about your computer you can disregard this form field.
Plan Time: Time of day that you have your plan period. If possible we will try to work around interrupting your class.
Room: Your room number
Optional Attachment: You can choose a file to attach to your request. This can be an image of an error message or any file that will help us solve your issue.
