Julia koson

SENIOR CAPTAIN

Julia was part of poms for 4 years. Julia has been dancing since she was little. She was still part of a dance studio and would do many multiple performances.

SENIOR CAPTAIN

Katelyn was a tri-athlete at Taft High School. She was a captain of the varsity pom team and lacrosse team. Katelyn also participated in the cross-country team.

kelly todde

SENIOR CAPTAIN

Kelly has been part of the Taft High School community for 6 years. As an Academic Student (7-8 grade), she was also part of the poms team. She become captain of the poms team during her 8th grade year. Kelly was part of the IBDP program.

Isabella Aviles

SENIOR CAPTAIN

As one of the head captains for two years Isabella has been part of the team for 4 years, winning two city championships. She was an AVID student taking both Honors and AP courses. She will be attending Michigan University and studying to be a Obstetrician.

Karina Patino

Graduating a semester early. Karina was a big part during her junior year as one of the head captains. Karina has been part of the team for 4 years, winning one city championship. She will be attending Illinois State University.

NIna Romek

SENIOR CAPTAIN

Nina has been a head captain for both her junior and senior year. Nina has been part of the team for 3 years, winning one city championship. She was part of the IB Program taking both Honors and AP courses. She will be attending Loyola University.

Malgorzata lysczarczyk

SENIOR CAPTAIN

Malgorzata performed on the team for 4 years, one of the head captains her senior year, and winning one city championship. Malgorzata was an in the IB Program and able to be a recipient of the IB Diploma. Currently, Malgorzata is enrolled at University of Illinois at Chicago.

SENIOR CAPTAIN

As one of the head captains during her senior year, Andrea was been on the team for 4 years and won one city championship. Andrea was also part of the IB Program taking honors and AP courses. Currently, Andrea is enrolled at North Park University and was part of the dance team.

Gianna Banuelos became one of the head captains during her senior year at Taft. She performed with the team for 3 years, her first year with the team she won a city championship. Currently, Gianna is enrolled at North Park University. At North Park she is the captain of the dance team.

Camille Cardenas was part of the Taft Varsity Poms for 4 years. She became one of the head captains her senior year and has won two city championships. Currently, Camille is enrolled at DePaul University. At DePaul Camille was part of the dance team for two years.

Katherine Chavarria was been on the team for 4 years and became one of the head captains her senior year. During her time wit Taft Varsity Poms Katherine has won two city championships. Katherine Chavarria has graduated at Dominican University.

SENIOR CAPTAIN

Jennifer Perez became one of the head captains her senior year and performed with Taft Varsity Poms for four years. She has won two city championships. During her time at Taft High School, Jennifer was the president of the latino club. Jennifer graduated at Loyola University.

stephanie wilczynski

SENIOR CAPTAIN

Stephanie Wilczynski was part of the team for four years and captain her senior year. Stephanie won two city championships. Currently, Stephanie has graduated from DePaul University with a degree in English Secondary Education. She is currently teaching at Taft High School and is the assistant coach for Poms.
