What are the crime statistics like? 

The crime statics are 18% and there is little to no crime. Beverly is one of Chicago's safest neighborhoods. It has a reputation of being a solid, safe, middle-class neighborhood. 

 (The lighther the color the lower the crime and the darker the color the higher the crime)

School

What schools are in that neighborhood? 

Most of the schools in the Beverly Area is Elementary schools. The schools are public, private and catholic. The schools in this area preform pretty high compared to other schools. In a 2020 interview, a group of principals expressed that Beverly Park Schools work hard to provide their residents a quality education. 

Parks 

What are the parks in the neighborhood? 

The main park available for the residents are Beverly Park. This park has multiple uses. Park-Goers use it for pre-school activities, after school programs, T-ball, Cubs Care baseball, and arts & crafts. 

Grocery Stores

What grocery stores are in that neighborhood? 

Some of the stores available to do your grocery shopping in Beverly would be Beverly Hills Food Mart Inc, Jewels, and County Fair Foods. Most of the grocery stores in this neighborhood are pretty small but accessible to get to. 



Restaurants

What restaurants are most popular in that neighborhood? 

For a bite to eat in this area you can go to Flippin Flavors who offer healthy and flavorful foods, AndySunflower Cafe serves gourme coffee like their signiture lavender lattes, and Jasons Drive In is a good spot to get burgers and hotdogs. 


Housing

This house's rent is $3,000 a month. It has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The attic can be an office/media space and a big main bedroom suite with plenty of room for a king-size bed and large bedroom furniture.
