Courses offered at Northside College Preparatory High School are college preparatory courses. Students will have annual scheduling conferences with their school counselor to create a course plan and indicate their course preferences for the following year. Please visit each department's page for specific course pathways available to students.
In addition to the above graduation requirements, CPS Graduation Requirements include the following:
District-Wide Assessment
SAT or DLM-AA
Drivers Education (taken during PE II)
Financial Aid Application (one of the below)
FAFSA - Free Application for Federal Student Aid
RISE Alternative Application for Illinois Financial Aid
Financial Education
Health Education (taken during PE I)
Post-Secondary Plan (LPS)
Provide evidence of plan for life after high school
Public Law 195 (taken during AP Gov or Civics)
Complete a course that integrates US and Illinois constitutions
