Social Emotional Learning Support

Collaborate with teachers and other staff to support students with Social Emotional Learning (SEL). Help students acquire and apply the knowledge, skills, and attitudes to develop healthy identities, manage emotions and achieve personal and collective goals, feel and show empathy for others, establish and maintain supportive relationships, and make responsible and caring decisions.

Preventive and Responsive Services

Individual and group counseling that aims to prevent anticipated problems or conflicts. Also, resolve immediate conflicts/problems, respond to crisis events, and intervene in school-specific situations that disrupt learning.

Individual and group planning to assist students in evaluating interests, abilities, and skills. Also, working with students to set goals based on academic, career and social/emotional needs.
