We are reaching out to you today to inform you that we have not yet received your family income information form, which is also known as the lunch form. It is critical that the school collects this information from every family as this information is used to determine and allocate school funding.
It is extremely important that we receive the appropriate funding as it helps provide various school resources and programs for our students. In an effort to assist you in providing this information to the school, we would like to hand deliver the lunch form to your home. We ask that you please complete the form and return to school by Tuesday, November 17, 2020.
