No! While some schools like University of Illinois Chicago are only available through Common App, certain types of schools like 2 year colleges are not on Common App. Check the school's admissions website if you have questions on how to apply.

Do I have to write the Common App personal statement?
While not all colleges require the Common App personal statement, the majority do and many components of the personal statement can be used to assist answering questions from non-Common App schools. Schools such as UIC , UIUC, UChicago, Northwestern require the Common App Personal Statements, and many colleges require some sort of written component if your GPA falls below a 3.0 such as Illinois State or Northern Illinois.
