Graduates who have graduated from Kelly High School prior to the Class of 2019 must request transcripts directly from Chicago Public Schools for a small fee.
Graduates of Kelly College Prep who have graduated from Kelly within the last 5 years (Classes of 2019 through Class of 2023 may request their transcripts directly from the school, by requesting them through the following form. A payment of $5 is required.
