Timeline
Fundraiser forms are only accepted the first 7 days of each month (for example, September would be Sept 1-6th)
Allow 6-8 weeks for review.
Review Process for Approval: Principal>LSC>Network Chief => Status Notification sent to recipient
Money
No crowdfunding allowed
Who should be handling the money?
Only the sponsor should be collecting funds
Collect and Submit same-day
Cash only
Not permitted: Peer-to-peer (Zelle, Venmo, etc), credit, or checks are
A record of sales (payers list, concession sales list, or similar) are required. Sales = Cash submitted

Form completed by Sponsor
Submit the online form
Sponsors will receive an email requesting a signature
After
Immediately following the event/fundraiser
Selling Food
Fundraisers that include selling food must complete this form in addition to the Proposal and Accounting Report.
No homemade food items are permitted
Sales may only happen 30 minutes after school officially ends for the day
