For the Fall quarter of the 2020-2021 School Year, our Intermediate Students will work on two Modern Band centered units for how to proceed with remote learning.

Lyrical Songwriting

For this unit, students will study the lyrics and structure of different songs from modern genres. At the completion of this unit, students will have written their own song lyrics in a planned and organized structure.

Guitar/Ukulele

For this unit, students will learn to read and write chord charts, discover chords for themselves, and to play either guitar or ukulele. These lessons will help the students to be able to teach themselves any songs they want to learn in the future!

They can choose which class they prefer inside their Google Classroom!
